What is Nursing about?

Nursing is generally associated with the health care sector as a professional who care for individuals, families, and communities in maintaining, or recover optimal health and quality of life. Their responsibilities related to assist physicians, prepare patients for procedures and keeping the healthcare facilities. Entry Requirments

For those who registered as a nurse and obtained the Diploma in Nursing are allowed to proceed to the 2-years of Degree in Nursing (Post-Register). In contrast, people who finished their pre-university courses in an irrelevant field would only able to study the 4-year of Degree in Nursing (Pre-Register).   • SPM/O-Level: Minimum 5 credits, including Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, and a Science subject. English is compulsory to pass.

Degree in Nursing (4-Years) (Pre-Register)

  • STPM: Minimum CGPA 2.5; or
  • A-Level: Minimum of 3Cs; or
  • Austalian Matriculation: Minimum of ATAR 60; or
  • Foundation in Science: Minimum CGPA of 3.00; or
  • Diploma in Science: Minimum CGPA of 2.50 

Degree in Nursing (2-Years) (Post-Register)

  • Diploma in Nursing; and
  • Minimum 3 years clinical working experience; and
  • Registered with Nursing Board Malaysia; and 
  • Possessed Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
