What is Tourism and Hospitality?

Hospitality and tourism is the art of delivering good customer experience to consumers where hospitality management is focused on the aspects of hospitality operation such as hotels, cruise ships, restaurant, and etc, and tourism management focus on tourism development, management of the travel industry, tourism marketing, and tourism services.
