9. Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL)
UniKL is a leading university in engineering technology that was established on 20 August 2002. The university is wholly owned by Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), an agency under the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKLW), Malaysia. 10. AIMST Univeristy
According to Sections 38 and 39 of the Private Higher Educational Institutions Act of 1996, AIMST University is registered as a tertiary educational institution with the Ministry of Higher Education, Government of Malaysia. It registered with the Department of Private Education under the Ministry of Higher Education, and on October 30th, 2001, it officially started operating. In keeping with the goals of its founders, AIMST strives to be the top private university in the nation and the area serving the needs of both domestic and foreign students by offering high-quality technical education at a reasonable cost.
The majority of the degree programmes’ curricula are taken from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom.
